Hello

Bringing clarity to life's most complicated seasons.

I've always been the person people call when life or work becomes too complicated to manage alone.

Whether it's growing a business, coordinating a major project, building practical systems, or simply figuring out where to begin, I enjoy bringing order to situations that feel overwhelming.

Over the past 25 years, I've had the opportunity to work across nonprofits, local government, consulting, and family-owned businesses. Along the way, I've written grants, led strategic initiatives, built operational systems, managed complex projects, and helped organizations grow. More recently, I've applied those same skills to operating multiple small businesses, managing vacation rental properties, and creating systems that help everyday life run more smoothly.

What I've discovered is that the work I enjoy most has never been about a particular industry.

It's about helping people move from chaos to clarity.

I believe the best systems aren't complicated, they're practical, sustainable, and designed around the way real people live and work. Whether I'm organizing a business workflow, coordinating a home renovation, developing operational processes or helping someone navigate a major life transition, my goal is always the same: reduce the mental load, simplify the decisions, and create a plan that works.

Clients often tell me they feel calmer after we've worked together. That's one of the greatest compliments I can receive.

Because sometimes what people need most isn't another consultant.

They need someone who can listen carefully, ask the right questions, organize the moving pieces, and help them move forward with confidence.

When I'm not building systems, you'll usually find me managing our family businesses, volunteering with shelter dogs, traveling, exploring creative projects, or spending time with my family in Middle Tennessee.
